California Annual Declaration of Compliance

Alora Pharmaceuticals, LLC and its family of companies, including but not limited to Avion Pharmaceuticals, Acella Pharmaceuticals and Vertical Pharmaceuticals, has established a Comprehensive Compliance Program (CCP) in accordance with California Health and Safety Code Sections 119400-119402, and to the best of its knowledge and based on its good faith understanding of the statutory requirements, declares that it is in compliance, as of the above date and in all material respects with this CCP and the statutory requirements. This Declaration is effective as of July 1, 2024, for the January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 declaration period.
